Ja is a cultural worker, human rights activist, media professional, and musician who uses her music to star conversations on women empowerment, and LGBT+ rights. Though she started writing music from a young age, Ja marks the start of her music career in 2008 as a student artist, representing the Philippines in various concerts and competitions in North America and Europe., and performed in various concerts and gigs both in the Philippines and abroad.
