On Friday, Star Cinema released on YouTube never-before-seen footage that failed to make the final cut of the Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards flick.
The unseen moments — six in total — adds a little more depth to the story, especially the one that featured Mrs. Chung, the grandmother with dementia whom Joy took care of, portrayed by Cantonese actress Pang Mei Sheung.
In it, Mrs. Chung tries to comfort Joy who comes home looking deeply upset. "Too tired" was her excuse, prompting Mrs. Chung to share a drink with her. Sadly, the scene did not contain subtitles, but their brief exchange was still nevertheless touching to watch. Some of the other deleted scenes show were Ethan and Joy going for a walk, Ethan shedding "tears of Joy", and Joy rethinking her decision to move to Canada.Watch more in iWant or TFC.tv "Hello, Love, Goodbye" is the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time. It was the first time Bernardo and Richards had topbilled a movie together, and was directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina.
