Ang pagkasikop sa akusado nga si Arvin Baginbin Albierte, 31, ulitawo, taga-Amenia Uson, Masbate, nagpamatuod sa kaepektibo sa monitoring sa barangay level pa lang.
Si Albierte nagsaka sa balay sa iyang ama-ama ug gipangayoan og identification card ni Barangay Kapitan Roger Miranda. Si Miranda ang midangop sa kapulisan aron pagsubay sa pagkatawo ni Albierte nga bag-ong salta sa ilang lugar, aron pagsuta kon wa bay criminal record sa lugar diin siya gikan. Nasayran nga wanted diay si Albierte ug adunay warrant of arrest.Nakakuha og kopya sa warrant of arrest ang Ginatilan Municipal Police Station gikan sa Regional Trial Court sa Valenzuela City.
