MANILA, Philippines — A 51-year-old man wanted for five counts of rape and six counts of sexual assault has been arrested in Laguna, the police said Tuesday.

The National Capital Region Police Office identified the man as Reynaldo Salvador – a wanted person hiding in the province for almost eight years. It also said that its operatives and members of the Libmanan Municipal Police and Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office collared Salvador on Monday, March 27, at Sitio Yambo, Barangay Lorenzo in San Pablo town.
