Several local government units suspended classes and work in government offices on Tuesday due to the aftermath of Typhoon Egay and the inclement weather due to Typhoon Falcon.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Egay exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility last Thursday morning but several provinces declared a state of calamity in the aftermath of the typhoon. Falcon, on the other hand, is expected to further intensify as it traverses the Philippine Sea, on track to leave the PAR by Tuesday.- Dagupan, Pangasinan
