Flat buyer Ethan Wong told TODAY that he tried entering the site at 9.15pm on Tuesday, but could only enter one hour and 15 minutes later. Several Facebook users posted their grievances on the system’s glitches on HDB’s Facebook page on Tuesday. HDB added that applicants are shortlisted via a computer ballot, and not on a first-come-first-served basis. As such, they can submit their applications anytime before the end of June 5.
