Victorias Milling Company held a cookfest during the opening of the 11th Kalamayan Festival in Victorias City. Nine barangays participated in the cookfest, which took place at the Victorias City Public Plaza, showcasing VMC food products and sugar, as noted by Engr. Linly Retirado. Vice Mayor Abelardo Bantug III, representing City Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez, delivered an inspiring message of joy and hope for the Christmas season and officially declared the festival open.
Rey Tuazon of PBTODA emerged as the champion of the Christmas Tricycle Competition, while Michael Doblar from MATOMCO and Ninfa Jocson Amado from CRESTODA secured second and third places, respectively. In the Lantern Dance Competition, Los Portador De La Luz clinched first place, followed by Ang Paglaum Sang Kapawa in second and El Selencio De La Luz in third.
