“[We] have launched 11 Vista Estate projects in 2022 but this is just the beginning, we will be announcing more Vista Estate projects in the coming months,” he added. This could be developed over the next three decades as the company shifts to more vertical projects such as condominium towers. “The footfall of our malls has been improving and even exceeded prepandemic levels during weekends and holidays,” he added.He noted that expansion plans for 2023 would be partially funded by proceeds from the P4.8-billion initial public offering of VistaREIT Inc. last year.
