The video started with the man shouting at a female toll booth worker to open the gates to let him pass. However, the woman refused because the man has yet to pay the toll. The worker calmly told him that he can pay by cash in order to pass, but the man kept insisting that his Touch ‘n Go card has money, and asked why does he needed to pay by cash when his TnG card has the money.
Things then escalated and the man started blaming the worker and her company for his faulty card. The worker repeatedly told him that he needs to go back to the company he got his card from to check with them, but the man denied and said that it’s not his fault.The yelling went on till the end of the video with the man saying that he is rushing to somewhere and he needs to pass.Netizens commented on how it was not the female worker’s fault, and that his actions were illogical.
