Scott Graham, 67, was on vacation in Europe when he went missing.
“The circumstances of Scott’s death remain under investigation by Spanish authorities at this time, but are believed to be non-suspicious,” said Victoria police spokesman Bowen Osoko.
Graham, 67, disappeared after visiting the Canadian Embassy in Madrid on July 15. Graham had gone to the embassy for help after the bus he was travelling on drove off without him, taking his medication, phone and passport with it. In August, Graham’s daughters Kaiza and Georgia and Georgia’s partner James travelled to Madrid to try to find him.
