The owners of St. Timothy Construction Corp. which backed out of the joint venture to supply automated election systems in Eleksyon 2025 and that of a Pasig City construction company are the same, Mayor Vico Sotto has said.Sotto said that the owner of St. Gerrard Construction has plans to run for mayor in the city. An executive of the firm has denied the allegation.
