Businessman Cedric Lee and former model Deniece Cornejo were found guilty in the serious illegal detention case filed by television and comedian Ferdinand ‘Vhong‘ Navarro.
The court immediately committed Raz and Cornejo, who attended the promulgation, and issued a warrant of arrest against Lee and Guerrero. Late last year, the Court of Appeals denied the appeal of Lee to reconsider its 2022 decision affirming a trial court’s ruling that denied the dismissal of the serious illegal detention for ransom lawsuit.
