MANILA, Philippines — Veteran broadcast journalist Fernando Sanga is the new head of the Presidential Broadcast Service - Bureau of Broadcast Services (PBS-BBS), Malacañang said Thursday.

MANILA, Philippines — Veteran broadcast journalist Fernando Sanga is the new head of the Presidential Broadcast Service - Bureau of Broadcast Services , Malacañang said Thursday.The Presidential Communications Office said that Sanga, who took his oath of office on Wednesday, replaced outgoing Director General Rizal GIovanni Aportadera.

'The new PBS-BBS chief took his oath before the Secretary on Wednesday night, September 18, during the turnover of leadership at the agency with outgoing Director General Rizal GIovanni P. Aportadera,' he added.Sanga, more popularly known as 'Dindo Amparo,' started his media career in 1987 as reporter of Radyo ng Bayan in Lucena City and became ABS-CBN news bureau chief in Dubai from 2005 to 2010.
