The U.S. military handed over the ICU beds and COVID-19 vaccine cold storage units during seven small ceremonies in Pagadian City, Cotabato City, Sulu Province, Iligan City, and Tawi-Tawi Province. The most recent donation took place in the Zamboanga del Sur Integrated Provincial Health Office in Pagadian City with representatives from the United States Agency for International Development’s ReachHealth project arranging the logistics, transportation, and turnover of six vaccine cold storage units capable of storing more than 120,000 vaccine doses.
