HONG KONG — The United States and Australia voiced their concern Friday over Hong Kong's citing of a national security law to revoke the passports of six pro-democracy activists. The Hong Kong government in March passed the security law, informally known as Article 23, which expanded government powers beyond those granted by legislation Beijing imposed in 2020 to suppress dissent.
