This year, the Philippines proudly sent its representatives to the grueling five-day event held in Phoenix, Arizona. Leading the charge was the UPeepz, a renowned dance crew led by their dedicated coach, Chips Beltran. Representing the Philippines in the highly competitive Mega Crew division, UPeepz faced off against 42 other formidable teams in a fast-paced and high-energy competition.
Despite the intense rivalry and feverish beats, UPeepz emerged victorious, securing the title of Grand Champion in the Mega Crew division. The crew’s outstanding performance earned them the coveted Gold medal, with Italy taking home the Silver and the Dominican Republic claiming the Bronze. This victory is another proud moment for the Philippines, coming on the heels of the recent Gold medal win in gymnastics at the Paris Olympics.
