Defining the News
The University of the Philippines and the Human Rights Violation Victims Memorial Commission on Friday announced the signing of the required deed of transfer for the Martial Law museum in the former’s Diliman campus.
This effectively resolves the concern regarding the new UP Diliman campus maintenance offices and workshops funded by HRVVMC. The existing CMO area will be the site of the Freedom Memorial Museum.
