Military Lawyer and Defence Academic Glenn Kolomeitz says Ukraine can’t afford to ignore its war crime allegations because they need to maintain the “confidence of the West”.
“Ukraine needs ongoing Western support; it needs ongoing provision of munitions, weapons and ammunition … by the West,” Mr Kolomeitz told Sky News Australia.
“They need to maintain the confidence of the West that the West is backing the right horse in this race.”
