MANILA, Philippines— The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) lifted storm signal in Metro Manila as Typhoon Pepito weakened prior to its exit Monday.
MANILA, Philippines— The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration lifted storm signal in Metro Manila as Typhoon Pepito weakened prior to its exit Monday.The typhoon was spotted 145 kilometers west of Sinait, Ilocos Sur packing maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph.
Under Signal No. 3 are areas in the northern and western portions of Ilocos Sur and the northwestern portion of La Union.Signal No. 2 is up over Ilocos Norte, the rest of Ilocos Sur, the rest of La Union, Pangasinan, the rest of Abra, the western portion of Mountain Province , Benguet, and the northern portion of Zambales .
