Two minors rescued from pimp in sting operation

Two minors being prostituted were rescued by operatives in a sting operation which led to the arrest of one of their pimps.

During the operation, the pimp brought along with her two minor females— ages 13 and 16—to a vehicle where two undercover operatives were seated.

“Ang transaction nila is online, meron silang group, group chat para diyan sa mga pagta-transact ng prostitution sa mga minor,” he said in a report on GMA’s “24 Oras Weekend” on Sunday. “Hindi ko po alam na ganon po ang nangyari. Lagi rin po akong nasa trabaho din po eh, ngayon ko lang din po nalaman din na ganon, na binubugaw siya,” he said.
