KLUANG: A 34-year-old man was killed after his motorcycle crashed into a car at KM44 on Jalan Batu Pahat-Mersing here.
Kluang OCPD Asst Comm Bahrin Mohd Noh said the incident occurred at 1.15pm on Sunday when the victim was heading towards Mersing from Batu Pahat.
"The victim was flung from his motorcycle and suffered a serious injury to the head and was pronounced dead at the location by a medical team," he said in a statement on Monday ."Also inside the car were the driver's 60-year-old wife and 24-year-old daughter. All three of them were unharmed," he said, adding that the case is being investigated under Section 41 of the Road and Transport Act.
