Barangay Ginebra head coach Tim Cone marveled at the addition of Troy Rosario, noting that the forward filled in and completed the puzzle for the Kings.
Cone said that Rosario, with his size and versatility, provided what was lacking to his lineup in the past Ginebra lineups.
“He fills out that physical part playing that 3, 4 position. He can guard multiple people and he’s very physical on the boards,” he added. “If you look at our team in the past and see what’s missing it was the physical presence and he really leads us in that physical presence so were still waiting for Jamie and Isaac and Miah to get back and they will help but I don't think anybody is gonna do the things that Troy does for us,” said Cone.
“He gets everybody back to their comfortable positions by Troy coming in to play the four and the three ,” Cone pointed out.
