In a press briefing around 5:30 am on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration said Tropical Depression Egay is already 810 kilometers east of Daet, Camarines Norte, or 940 kilometers east of Infanta, Quezon.

Egay still has maximum winds of 55 km/h and gustiness of up to 65 km/h. It is expected to maintain its tropical depression classification inside PAR.
