Forecast track of the low pressure area which used to be Tropical Depression Carina, as of July 14, 2020, 11 pm.Carina was the Philippines' 3rd tropical cyclone for 2020, after Typhoon Ambo in May and Tropical Storm Butchoy in June.An average of 20 tropical cyclones form within or enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility each year. Only around half of these make landfall.
