VIRAC, Catanduanes — Police arrested a tricycle driver during a buy-bust operation in this town on Saturday, April 1.In a report, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Catanduanes said that the police drug enforcement team arrested tricycle driver Raymund Posada, 32, in a buy-bust operation at his residence in Barangay Lanao.
Confiscated from Posada were four heat-sealed and one unsealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu .
