A slice of Australian home and lifestyle culture has just landed. Anko’s first-ever store in the Philippines opened at Glorietta 2, Makati City, on Nov. 7, 2024. The grand opening was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Kmart Group managing director Ian Bailey, Anko Global CEO Arjun Puri, Anko Philippines country manager Rachel Turner, Ayala Land, Inc. senior vice president for leasing and hospitality Mariana Zobel de Ayala, and Ayala Malls COO Paul Birkett.
Anko, a beloved brand known in Australia and New Zealand for stylish yet affordable home essentials, has now brought its signature designs and functionality to Filipino families. Part of the Kmart Group and owned by Wesfarmers Ltd, Anko aims to inspire Filipinos to create beautiful, functional spaces they’ll love to call home.
