Another child, a 10-year-old boy was also inside the property but managed to escape unharmed. He is now in the care of his mother.Credit:Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Guthrie said the fire was not suspicious but was a “tragic accident”.
“Probably can’t really describe how she’s feeling at the moment.The cause of the blaze is not yet known.The exact cause of the fire is not yet known however an electrical fault has been ruled out.“One has been able to notice some fire, or smoke, and tried to get the other two and the rest has unfolded,” he said.
