A traffic enforcer was dragged by a fleeing tricycle driver in Santa Cruz, Manila, Unang Balita reported on Friday.

The enforcer was reportedly checking on illegally-parked tricycles, asking for documents and licenses, when one driver attempted to flee the area. The enforcer, however, attempted to stop the moving vehicle when his raincoat got hooked on the tricycle, causing him to be dragged along Jose Abad Santos Street.

Authorities have apprehended the suspect, identified as Jomar Flordeliza, and are set to press charges. —
