The event celebrated the crucial role of media professionals and content creators in promoting Philippine tourism. TPB Chief Operating Officer Maria Margarita Montemayor Nograles highlighted the agency's achievements, revealing that in 2024, TPB generated over P11.3 billion in sales leads, a remarkable 44.

8 percent increase from the previous year.The evening recognized prominent figures who have significantly contributed to elevating the Philippines' global presence. Actors Timothy Granaderos from '13 Reasons Why,' Nico Santos from 'Crazy Rich Asians,' Broadway's 'Aladdin' star Josh de la Cruz, and Korean actor Kim Ji Soo were lauded for their impact. Renowned music group LANY was also celebrated for fostering the image of the Philippines as a vibrant and transformative cultural destination.Furthermore, Nograles emphasized the success of the TPB's Community-Based Tourism Marketing Enhancement Program, which has empowered local communities to showcase their unique cultural and natural assets. She concluded her presentation by sharing that the TPB is in the final stages of preparations for World Expo Osaka, scheduled to open on April 13.
