People start shouting in the video. Another video shows 55-year-old Lui falling while taking a selfie. The driver immediately stopped the train to help.

According to local reports, Lui sustained an injury to his left foot but is now in stable condition. Following the incident, the train was delayed for an hour, affecting 62 passengers. Five trips were also affected. The investigation revealed that the group violated the regulations prohibiting tourists from the track area. Their travel agency may be banned from operating in the area for a year. The Alishan Forest Railway and Cultural Heritage Office stated, 'After investigation, Dream International Travel Service has also led a group to illegally walk on the forest railway tracks before.
