KUALA LUMPUR, April 3 — Local food content creator, Khairulaming has taken to his Instagram to address his excessive oil usage for his cooking following complaints online.
Aside from creating food content, Khairulaming, or his real name Khairul Amin Kamarulzaman, is also an entrepreneur who’s known for his hot-selling Sambal Nyet. “If you want a delicious sambal, you need to fry it in deep oil so you can get the ‘pecah minyak’ effect. If you want a juicy and crispy fried chicken, you need to deep fry it.
“The reason why I’ve chosen to show how many spoons of sugar, oil and all is because I want to show the reality of it.
