PAGASA says that “Tisoy” continues to move westward and expected to make a landfall over Bicol region between Monday evening and early Tuesday.
Typhoon “Tisoy”, previously “Kammuri”, maintained its strength as it continues to move westward, says Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration .
The weather bureau said that Tisoy is expected to make a landfall over Bicol region between Monday evening and early Tuesday.
