Tingog party-list Rep. Jude Acidre unveiled last June 20 the renamed Tambacan Bridge to Mariano Lluch Badelles, Sr. Bridge in Iligan City with Mayor Frederick Siao, lawyer Oscar Badelles, Councilor Marlene Young, and former Captain Jimmy Sales present to honor an enduring leadership icon.
President Marcos signed Republic Act No. 11989, which officially renamed Tambacan Bridge to Mariano Lluch Badelles Sr. Bridge on March 21, 2024. As part of Tingog’s commitment to accelerate social development, the construction of the bridge aims to improve connectivity and support local development. The new bridge will play an important role in the improvement of transportation and accessibility for the citizens of Malalag and neighboring towns.
