Tiger Kitchen opened its doors in the heart of Manila, offering an elevated and immersive Korean BBQ experience that promises to delight food lovers.
“At Tiger Kitchen, our goal is to broaden the horizons of Filipino diners by offering an extensive array of Korean BBQ options, beyond the classic samgyeopsal,” said store manager Kim Binna.
“Unlike many other places, we provide a broad range of BBQ options, from traditional favorites to unique creations like Beef Tripe Fried Rice with Cheese,” Kim said. A highlight of the Tiger Kitchen experience is the restaurant’s use of dry-aged meat, a technique that elevates the quality of each dish.“We age our cuts in a low-temperature environment to enhance their flavor and texture, resulting in exceptionally juicy and tender meat. This meticulous process ensures each bite is rich in flavor and has a melt-in-your-mouth quality,” Kim said.
