OCTA Research's Tugon ng Masa Survey forecasts ACT-CIS, 4Ps, and Duterte Youth to secure at least three seats in the House of Representatives. The survey also predicts other partylists to win two or one seats.

MANILA, Philippines — Three Partylist groups are expected to get at least three seats at the House of Representatives, according to the first quarter Tugon ng Masa Survey conducted by OCTA Research.The Anti-Crime and Terrorism Community Involvement and Support or ACT-CIS Partylist, Pagtibayin at Palaguin ang Pangkabuhayang Pilipino Partylist, and Duterte Youth are forecast to get a maximum of three seats based on the Partylist voting calculation used in the survey.

Getting at least two seats are FPJ Panday Bayanihan, Tingog Sinirangan, Uswag Ilonggo, Galing sa Puso, Ako Bicol, Abang Lingkod, Kababaihan, Kabalikatan para sa Kapakanan at Kaunlaran ng Bayan , Senior Citizens, Agricultural Sector Alliance of the Philippines , Agimat, Malasakit@Bayanihan and Pwersa ng Pilipinong Pandagat .
