Now this is a real “Flush Report.” Read:

WHERE’D IT GO? In this screen grab from a News 5 television report, a restroom at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport is missing its stainless-steel flush valve, with each one costing from P4,000 to P6,200, airport officials said.

Manila International Airport Authority officials said the thefts of toilet flush valves from public comfort rooms in NAIA Terminals 1, 2 and 4 happened between April and June 2022. “Once evidence is established, the MIAA shall file the necessary criminal complaint with the Pasay Prosecutors Office,” she added.

The Authority came up with the measure to protect air travelers, especially overseas Filipino workers, from being victimized by the criminals.
