Federal Energy Minister Chris Bowen said, “there’s one form of energy which Vladimir Putin cannot disrupt” at a media conference on Saturday.
“That’s the flow of sun to our land mass and the flow of wind on and off our shores and increasingly that will play a bigger role in our energy grid,” Mr Bowen said.
“It’s cheaper and also not subject to the international geopolitical crisis that coal and gas have been.”
