9 out of 10 presidential candidates have confirmed their attendance for the second debate on April 3, 2022.
They are, in alphabetical order of their surnames:Manila Mayor Isko Moreno DomagosoSenator Manny PacquiaoPresidential candidate Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. declined to join the first debate held last March 19 and will not join the second presidential debate as well.
