The country’s official regulating body of the Filipino language, Komisyon ng Wikang Filipino is once again on a hunt for this year’s most outstanding institution or writer who would receive the “Gawad Dangal ng Panitikan.”The Gawad Dangal ng Panitikan is a lifetime achievement award that recognizes individuals whose work has led to the development of Philippine literature and culture.
To qualify, nominated individuals must be 40 years of age or older. For organizations, offices, government agencies, and/or the private sector, it must have been established for at least five years.
