I stopped .But the driver, a kindly old man with a white beard, smiled and, with his hand, motioned me to walk. I smiled, walked and thought: What a great day, Santa Claus giving way to me and my two plastic bags of food.
Speaking of TJ Maxx, I always visited this store at least twice a week. What else is there to do in Oxford, Ohio? On my first day I went to the center of town, what was called downtown — a main road bisected by three streets. The latest restaurant that everybody was waiting to open was a branch of Tous Le Jour. When I told my friends that many malls in Metro Manila have this Korean bakery, they were unbelieving.
