The Alliance of Concerned Teachers - National Capital Region said that the complaints of teachers about the overly delayed release of PBB 2021 are “valid and legitimate.”

DepEd said that it has “already completed” the submission to the AO25 Secretariat of the requirements for staff eligible to receive the PBB for 2021.
