THE blocking of the monument of late Senator Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr. during a campaign event of presidential aspirant Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio was unintentional, the City of Government Tarlac said Monday, April 4, 2022.
Lobo said the tent was originally placed at a considerable distance from the monument but it was moved by the people who attended the event while trying to find shade from the heat of the sun.
