Jade Talampas waxed hot in the fourth quarter and helped the Arellano Chiefs stun the San Beda Red Lions, 74-72, in the NCAA Season 99 men’s basketball tournament Friday afternoon at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City.
