Taguig City gives shoes, uniforms to 200k students

The Taguig City government on Monday started the distribution of new public school uniforms and shoes to more than 200,000 students from preschool to senior high school.

The local government came up with the distribution also in time for the celebration of National Children’s Month aims to give Filipino children access to a healthy environment, good education, and healthcare. Additional supplies for kindergarten and daycare pupils include emergency contact cards and a health kit with a bag, toothbrush, toothpaste, hand towel, and alcohol spray.
