ZAMBOANGA CITY – The police and military authorities vowed a stricter policy to stop the proliferation of shabu in Taganak town in Tawi-Tawi and to get tough on persons who transport, sell and distribute the substance.

Jamalul said he asked police and military authorities to clean the town of shabu in three months starting August 1.
Jamalul said he had received numerous reports that Taganak is being used by drug dealers as a transshipment point between the Philippines and Malaysia.
