TACLOBAN CITY — A trial court here suspended operations for three days starting Monday after one of its personnel tested positive for COVID-19.
Executive Judge Leonito Sabandal, in an advisory, said the Regional Trial Court Branch 45 will be closed for disinfection.The Department of Health in Eastern Visayas has reported a spike of COVID-19 cases in the region for the past weeks now. From August 1 to 7, the health agency reported 190 new cases which is higher compared to the 138 cases from July 25 to July 31.
