More than half of Filipinos or 59% are satisfied with the administration of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. during the last month of 2024, according to the latest survey of Social Weather Stations . The poll showed that the present administration has a net satisfaction rating of “good” +36 in the December polls . This is the same rating obtained by the administration in September last year, but a decline from the “good” +40 in June 2024, the SWS noted.
Based on SWS’ Governance Report Card, which rates the national government on 17 specific performance subjects, the Marcos administration was “very good” on five subjects, “good” on seven subjects, “moderate” on one subject, “neutral” on three subjects, and “poor” on one subject: “Very good” - helping victims of disasters , improving the quality of children's education , helping the poor , creating policies that will generate job opportunities , and developing science and technology “Good” -...
