During the interview, Cruz also spoke about her breakup with Macky Mathay and said that she chose to keep mum about it for the sake of his and the actress’ kids. “Of course, when I was with Cesar, I wanted to grow old with him—[the same] with Macky,” she stated. “Pero kahit magplano tayo sa buhay natin kung hindi ‘yun ang destiny natin, hindi mangyayari.”
