We had a real hard practice , because we had three days off and fitness with Dan Archibald.”Marc Richard, the longest-serving Capitals’ player in his fifth year, said there is a different feel around the dressing room this week since Fiona hit P.E.I.
“We are mainly focused on cleaning up, looking after our community, looking after ourselves and peers.”
