Practice and practice. They laugh, and the more serious ones among them would probe further. It is only then that I would reveal my secret sauce. I have over 26 years of churning and recording materials for my daily radio segment. . I retired from the program two years ago and shifted to podcasts. Twelve years of speaking and training to corporations, schools and faith-based communities, averaging 120 talks a year and not charging fees or accepting honorariums. But I did have a lot of ball pens, plaques and gifts. How would I know that today, those students who have heard me are now my clients who would get me as a professional speaker and trainer, and the companies I served are now my clients?
